  migration guidance; current campaign tracker or support context
- Outputs: affected-account register with confidence and unknowns; up to ten
  priority-account action plans; one view of owners, blockers, exceptions, and unknowns;
  shutdown-readiness brief
- Timing: typically 10 business days after scope and usable inputs are confirmed

## Best Fit

- The API or SDK cutoff is within the next 12 months.
- Customer or partner accounts may still use the retiring surface.
- Usage and account data exist, but are not reliably connected.
- The team needs an account-level completion plan and a defensible cutoff decision.

## Boundaries

- The first sprint uses authorized, read-only exports from the provider's systems.
- It requires no customer repository access.
- Lumyn does not replace the API gateway, observability stack, CRM, support
  system, or accountable retirement owner.
- Observed, customer-reported, and unresolved states remain distinct.
- Silence is not treated as migration completion.
- Repository-specific work is not part of the readiness sprint and would require
  the affected customer's consent, customer-controlled access, and approval.
- The site does not claim a live SaaS dashboard, continuous monitoring,
  automatic account matching, automatic customer outreach, or tested PR delivery.
